Danielle Manzano, Doctor of Occupational Therapy, has worked over 7 years in the hospital setting predominantly with individuals who have undergone spine or joint replacement surgeries. Her passion for ergonomics was sparked when she noted the clear gap in injury prevention in the workplace. Danielle is determined to provide ergonomic assessments that take a holistic approach, addressing the mind, body, and the job/task at hand for each worker she meets.

Currently , Way to Ergo is not accepting payment through health insurance. Ergonomic assessments tend to be the employers' responsibility (staying adherent to OSHA requirements). There are times when employers will not pay for ergonomic assessment. If you cannot pay out-of-pocket, we recommend assessing if your health savings account (HSA) covers ergonomic assessments/interventions. You can contact your company to inquire if HSA covers the cost of an ergonomic assessment.
It depends on how many ergonomic assessments are conducted and whether you have chosen to have a follow-up educational service for all staff or on an individual basis. Our goal is to have our report and presentation completed within two weeks.
